Ops Portal is a C# Windows Form/ASP.Net 4.0 application suite that consolidates multiple sources of data into one tool for the internal Operational Team’s usage.  The primary audience was ITIO Application Operations Support.  Initially I was tasked with altering some SQL queries here and there but eventually my role became larger.

• I worked on over 24 Excel SQL-query driven reports that fed data into Ops Portal or were part of the Ops Portal application suite.
• I also built out the functionality for Major Incident Search (see screenshot below) in the app.
• I also facilitated the placement of a web application called Major Incident Analyzer (screenshot) that displayed itself inside of a windows form.
