MySetup Lync Dashboard

My first major project at HP was to setup an internal Lync monitoring dashboard website ported from Microsoft called MySetup.  The site had proprietary analytics displayed on the dashboard which gave internal operations insights into usage and costs associated with employee VoIP communications.  The site was also used to track call history, including where the call originated, call quality,  and call duration.  Following the setup, I also built two ETL applications that fed data from the central HP Lync repository to a local cache database, where the MySetup website pulled the data from.

The dashboard enabled the company and the organization to save an estimated $1,000,000 in costs associated with Lync.
